Clinical breadth behind a deliberately precise online service.
Eight years in a traditional Chinese medicine clinic taught me to look beyond the headline concern. Building and marketing projects internationally taught me that guidance is only useful when it fits a real life.
A wider clinical foundation than the online menu suggests.
My offline technical background spans several branches of traditional Chinese medicine. Own Rhythm does not pretend those hands-on methods can be copied into a browser. Instead, that experience improves how I select, explain and limit everyday guidance.
- Acupuncture & tuina learning
- Mentored hands-on study and clinic observation
- Pediatric tuina
- Part of the clinical foundation; not offered by this adults-only site
- Moxibustion, cupping & gua sha
- Offline technique background; never remotely performed
- Facial gua sha
- A non-invasive ritual that may inform future education, not medical claims
- Traditional tea & food projects
- Experience turning ordinary ingredients into understandable consumer routines
- Whole-pattern observation
- Sleep, appetite, timing, activity and recovery considered together
Traditional thinking in the review. Modern language in the plan.
The user does not need to learn a diagnostic vocabulary. I use whole-pattern observation to ask better questions, then translate the useful part into ordinary actions with timing, instructions, safety limits and a review point.

The operator’s eye is part of the method.
I have also worked hands-on in international marketing, paid acquisition and independent project operations. That experience does not make a health claim stronger. It makes the service more usable: a clear offer, a private path, a plan that respects someone’s schedule and a result that can live beyond the screen.
A paid plan passes four gates before delivery.
- Private intakeOnly the information needed for the selected service is collected.
- Structured synthesisAI organizes an internal draft; it cannot diagnose, approve or send it.
- Safety gateConcerning language pauses ordinary guidance and routes the case for safety handling.
- Haowen reviewI read, edit and approve the final actions before the user receives them.
Trust should be inspectable.
Own Rhythm will not borrow a U.S. clinical title, invent a testimonial or hide the limits of an online service. Credential wording, source-backed education, named human review and data handling are made visible so a user can decide with context.
Start with four private questions, not a promise.
The free check-in gives one priority, the reason it may deserve attention and a two-minute action. No card required.
