Privacy Notice
What we collect
We collect the email address, country or region, consent choices and wellbeing answers needed to provide the requested reflection. We do not use wellbeing answers for advertising audiences.
How we use it
We use answers to prepare your reflection and email for delivery. Optional marketing requires a separate opt-in and can be withdrawn at any time.
Retention and choices
Free check-in data is scheduled for deletion after 30 days unless it is linked to a paid service that still requires it. You may request access, export or deletion from your private result page.
Service providers and AI
PayPal processes payment; Supabase provides private storage and account access; Resend sends transactional email; OpenAI may structure check-in information and prepare internal drafts. We do not use private wellbeing material for advertising audiences or model training. Every paid plan requires practitioner review before delivery.
Optional tongue photos
Tongue photos are optional and are used only to check image quality and organize visible features, not to diagnose a disease or traditional pattern. US$19 photos are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours of feature extraction; US$129 photos are scheduled for deletion within 7 days after delivery.
Paid-service retention
Sensitive US$19 service material is scheduled for deletion or de-identification 30 days after delivery. Sensitive US$129 material is scheduled for deletion 30 days after cancellation, expiry or refund. Minimum payment records may be retained where required for accounting, disputes or law.
