Refund requests
Contact us promptly if you need to request a refund. Eligibility depends on whether human review has started, duplicate charges, non-delivery, material technical failure and rights required by applicable law.
Cancellation and processing
Cancelling US$129 stops future renewals and does not by itself refund the current paid service cycle. Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal transaction; processing time is controlled by PayPal and the funding provider.
