Own Rhythm provides general lifestyle education and does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, emergency services or a substitute for licensed healthcare.
Eligibility
The service is for adults aged 18 and over in supported launch regions.
Your responsibilities
Seek prompt help for urgent symptoms and consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional for health concerns.
Fees and service cycles
The US$19 Reset is a one-time purchase. The US$129 Personal Rhythm Plan renews monthly until the next renewal is cancelled. Each successful monthly payment creates one service cycle; a new plan is prepared only after the requested monthly review is submitted.
Delivery and follow-up
The Reset is normally delivered within 24 hours and the monthly plan within 72 hours after complete information is received. A seven-day private, non-real-time follow-up opens after each US$129 plan is delivered and is limited to carrying out that plan.
Safety holds
Urgent, severe or crisis language may stop ordinary guidance and place a paid service on safety hold for practitioner review, safety directions and, where appropriate, refund handling.
