HEADACHE AFTER WORK / 工作后头痛 First account: when the pain actually started; what it felt like; associated changes; what ordinary activity became difficult; actual medicine and frequency. Do not choose a diagnosis from the location. Avery, hypothetical: “I first said after computer work. Actually it began before lunch and lasted beyond closing the laptop, with nausea and wanting quiet.” This is a clearer account, not a migraine diagnosis. Sudden extremely painful headache, or headache with numbness/weakness, difficulty speaking/walking/balancing, confusion, seizure or loss of vision: emergency help. Headache following head injury also needs immediate medical attention. Do not drive yourself to emergency care. Recurrent/worsening/not-improving headache needs assessment. With vomiting, vision/eye problems, cough/exercise triggering or worsening, jaw pain eating or a sore scalp: urgent clinical advice. Examples are not an exhaustive triage list; do not delay for notes. Traditional “disrupted flow” language is not an image of a blocked vessel or a point-selection rule. No medicine, acupuncture, pressure or new exercise is taught.
